With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marquez Padolles in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Carlos Paraíba saved Heidemann FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. Thiago Machado took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Paraíba. João Carlos Paraíba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. João Carlos Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Padolles in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Marquez Padolles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Heidemann FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Pires. João Carlos Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Machado in the 38th minute of play. Thiago Machado took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Carlos Paraíba. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thiago Machado to make the kick off.
