In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Lou Moses, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Galo do Japi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Corryn Veloz in the 6th minute. The corner led Galo do Japi's Corryn Veloz to fire away a dangerous shot which Lou Moses despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 7 minutes of play, Galo do Japi's Chico Valadares made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lou Moses was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, Timmernabben FF's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Cefero came free, but Lou Moses reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falcão Duarte hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chico Valadares in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lou Moses prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Majman in the 22nd minute of play forced Galo do Japi's goalkeeper Delfim Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delfim Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Majman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Chico Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Moses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Valadares in the 24th minute of play forced Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Lou Moses to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lou Moses showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Tande in the 27th minute of the match. Lou Moses didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chico Valadares went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viktor Bergman to strike the kick off in the second half. Chico Valadares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Lou Moses when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Timmernabben FF's Lou Moses played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Valadares in the 52nd minute of play. Wilfredo Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Filip Edström charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Edström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Galo do Japi's Fernandinho Pinheiro was substituted for Corryn Veloz. In the 63rd minute, Filip Edström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falcão Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute Chico Valadares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Moses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lou Moses made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Chico Valadares sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute Galo do Japi were awarded a corner. Falcão Duarte went to the cornerflag to take it. Chico Valadares made a great header on Galo do Japi's corner, it was just that Timmernabben FF's Lou Moses managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Timmernabben FF getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Christer Majman hit a great ball. With a little luck, Timmernabben FF's Lou Moses got control of the ball when Wilfredo Cefero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chico Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kennet Rolfsson hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Fernandinho Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Timmernabben FF's Lou Moses got control of the ball when Chico Valadares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lou Moses was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chico Valadares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 94 minute of play. Galo do Japi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
