When Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc, in the 5th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Pajala Sunrise. Gýmir Gryc's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Rudolf Söderberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 9th minute Gýmir Gryc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Bengtsson in the 11th minute of play forced Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Daniel Hök to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Einar Larsfelt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Buksvinens IF's Rudolf Söderberg did a great save. Morgan Bengtsson scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Hök, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute, Gýmir Gryc reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rudolf Söderberg. The goal made the score 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gýmir Gryc was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Gýmir Gryc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Rudolf Söderberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Einar Larsfelt's late challenge caught a Buksvinens IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Einar Larsfelt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Buksvinens IF booed when Pajala Sunrise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Larsfelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Charles Godholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buksvinens IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Godholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Hök breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pajala Sunrise's Arne Tingelholm was substituted for Gýmir Gryc. Pajala Sunrise's Mathias Nässén was substituted for Gnýr Gnaust. After 62 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by Einar Larsfelt. Rudolf Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Tingelholm in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, one of Buksvinens IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Pajala Sunrise. Arne Tingelholm stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rudolf Söderberg. 4-2. Arne Tingelholm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudolf Söderberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After 71 played minutes Buksvinens IF got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Beckman. David Lindman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Buksvinens IF's Olof Jespersson got a free kick in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Arne Tingelholm put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rudolf Söderberg. Niaz Njoom hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Arne Tingelholm took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rudolf Söderberg. Rudolf Söderberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. After 88 played minutes Pajala Sunrise got a freekick which was hit by David Lindman. In the 90th minute, Olga Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Sebastian Tolsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudolf Söderberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mathias Nässén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rudolf Söderberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Stig Larsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Rudolf Söderberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Pajala Sunrise were the better team. Pajala Sunrise's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
