Mathys Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Baiano in the 9th minute of play. Washington Magalhães took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathys Mora. Mathys Mora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to FC Saubrigues getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Dominique Levi hit a great ball. Zé Augusto Batista was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tostão de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Heim in the 18th minute of play. When Mateus Correia fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nana FC's protests and gave Mateus Correia a yellow card for diving instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Mateus Correia put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Nana FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Saubrigues:s goal. The referee gave FC Saubrigues a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Raphaël Giacometti, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nana FC's Tostão de Andrade. 1-2. 26 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Magalhães came free, but Mathys Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Faudel Langlois fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saubrigues's protests and gave Faudel Langlois a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nana FC booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faudel Langlois didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Jorginho Linares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathys Mora. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathys Mora should have stopped the shot. After 31 minutes of play, Nana FC's Jorginho Linares made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathys Mora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mathys Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Augusto Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guy Rambaud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Tostão de Andrade made a huge save. After having played for 43 minutes, Jorginho Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorginho Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dominique Levi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Raphaël Giacometti made the kick off in the second half. Nana FC's Tostão de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Rambaud in the 63rd minute of play. FC Saubrigues's Mathys Mora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Magalhães in the 65th minute of play. Mathys Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Magalhães in the 67th minute of play. Mathys Mora came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nana FC's Juan Baiano. But to his dismay, Juan Baiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. In the 86th minute, Washington Magalhães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nana FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-7. Mathys Mora was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Washington Magalhães capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Washington Magalhães really showed his touch with that goal: 2-8. FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jorginho Linares 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-9. Erasmo Araújo charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Araújo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erasmo Araújo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nana FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
