With a little luck, Padrón 1744's Lino Ganix got control of the ball when Yngve Sandström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Ganix came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pajala Sunrise's Yngve Sandström. But to his dismay, Yngve Sandström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 6 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Ganix was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 9th minute, Salvador Castulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Hök was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Kent Odén got a free kick in the 15th minute. It was beautiful to see Padrón 1744's Rolando Toro in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 19 minutes into the match, Padrón 1744's goalkeeper Lino Ganix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gýmir Gryc. In the 22nd minute, Gýmir Gryc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jim Tinglöf charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jim Tinglöf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jim Tinglöf hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Rolando Toro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Padrón 1744's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pajala Sunrise the free kick. In the 26th match minute, Padrón 1744 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Toro to maneuver through the defense. After 27 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lino Ganix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Hök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Hök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Jaen in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Hök saved Pajala Sunrise from getting behind. Einar Larsfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Claudio Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Claudio Jaen came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Padrón 1744 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Jaen couldn't finish the play. Daniel Hök showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Castulo in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gýmir Gryc was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök got control of the ball when Salvador Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Jaen in the 53rd minute of play forced Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Daniel Hök to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play Pajala Sunrise's Jim Tinglöf was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jim Tinglöf hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Daniel Hök had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Jaen. Salvador Castulo spun around in front of the goal 80 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Pajala Sunrise's goal. Padrón 1744's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
