The supporters of Galo do Japi booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Laguna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eriberto de Souza hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Valério Ortiz rounded Galo do Japi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Nuno Tavares in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Bruno Laguna. Lara Guadalupi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Renato Saraiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Valério Ortiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lara Guadalupi having to interfere. Elano Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Valério Ortiz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ronaldo Giovanelli to make any attempt to save it. Lara Guadalupi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valério Ortiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldo Giovanelli having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Paulo Renato Saraiva notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of MAGNIFICOS.FC's Lara Guadalupi. Lara Guadalupi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Ortiz in the 38th minute of play. If Carlos Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Bruno Laguna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th match minute, Galo do Japi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Santana to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valério Ortiz to strike the kick off in the second half. It was a well-played corner which Jonatan Rolfsson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Lara Guadalupi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save MAGNIFICOS.FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Edvaldo Motta took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Lara Guadalupi to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Santana got free with Lara Guadalupi in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd match minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valério Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Carlos Santana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lara Guadalupi. The goal made the score 2-3. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Toninho Vander was substituted for Ramon Lizano. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Michel Griezmann was substituted for Elano Salgado. MAGNIFICOS.FC made a substitution. Frederico Hermes replaced Neymar Mané. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Lara Guadalupi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Santana in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Galo do Japi's zone, Valério Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldo Giovanelli came out of the goal and Valério Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valério Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ronaldo Giovanelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAGNIFICOS.FC. Ronaldo Giovanelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valério Ortiz's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Carlos Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galo do Japi succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though MAGNIFICOS.FC had controlled the match.
