If Gilmar Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Nóbrega's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efrain Filipo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ubaldo Cordarell during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Leão STAND BY FSCMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BAC Belgrano de Cba were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Gilmar Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Efrain Filipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Nóbrega in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Nóbrega in the 54th minute of play forced BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Efrain Filipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
