The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Börje Brummer came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Csabagyöngye's Mátyás Kiprich. But to his dismay, Mátyás Kiprich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 57 minutes of play, Timmernabben FF's Rickard Öman made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Péter Tisza was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Jeppesen in the 61st minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Péter Tisza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Csabagyöngye's Kálmán Udvarhelyi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Börje Brummer. That made the score 2-5 after 63 minutes of play. In the 70th minute, Mátyás Kiprich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Börje Brummer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. The supporters of Csabagyöngye booed when Timmernabben FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Åkerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mátyás Kiprich had several of the Timmernabben FF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-7 score and a disappointed Börje Brummer as he didn't even see the shot coming. Börje Brummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mátyás Kiprich, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Péter Tisza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Csabagyöngye's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
