Los Podridos ll's David Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaueko Nanclares in the 5th minute of play. Momentum FC's Uriel Beturian got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute Gaueko Nanclares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaueko Nanclares got free with David Valente in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute, Gaueko Nanclares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Valente was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 25 minutes into the game, Remigio Bernabel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Loco De la Maza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Podridos ll's David Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaueko Nanclares in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes in the game, Gaueko Nanclares fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without David Valente having to interfere. Gaueko Nanclares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Valente came out and tried to block the shot, but Gaueko Nanclares slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Sancho in the 36th minute of play forced Momentum FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco De la Maza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Gaueko Nanclares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Valente was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Gaueko Nanclares capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gaueko Nanclares really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaueko Nanclares to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Gaueko Nanclares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Valente. Los Podridos ll's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaueko Nanclares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 60 minutes into the match, Los Podridos ll's goal looked a bit too open when Gaueko Nanclares came free, but David Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Calvet's late challenge caught a Momentum FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Astor Calvet helped the player get up and apologised. Gaueko Nanclares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Valente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Gaueko Nanclares made a precise shot to the right of David Valente. Los Podridos ll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 70 minutes into the game, Gaueko Nanclares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. David Valente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 78 minutes into the game, Momentum FC's Gaueko Nanclares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Valente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. Momentum FC's Carlos Auzqui was substituted for Gaueko Nanclares. David Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Auzqui in the 93rd minute of the match. Momentum FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Los Podridos ll for a fine match.
