In the 2nd minute, Los Podridos ll's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gilmar Paraense fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Duarte Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Nogueira in the 19th minute of play forced Los Podridos ll's goalkeeper David Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when Los Podridos ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Eron didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hílton Tande hit a great ball. Leandro Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias de Azevedo having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Ademir Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Gilmar Paraense took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for David Valente to make any attempt to save it. In the 47th minute Gilmar Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hílton Tande in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Valente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 52 minutes, Hílton Tande made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Podridos ll's David Valente tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Gilmar Paraense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 70 minutes into the game, Gilmar Paraense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. David Valente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Gutierrez charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Gutierrez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amado Gutierrez kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. David Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duarte Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Gilmar Paraense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Valente was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After a rather tough play, Los Podridos ll's Leandro Dunixi got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 95 minutes of play, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Hílton Tande made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Valente was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ fully deserved thier win.
