Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Macias in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Durval Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Les Presidents FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Durval Aparecido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gualterio Paublo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Durval Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute Durval Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Paublo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forzositos de Salamanca's Edgard Macario got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Durval Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gualterio Paublo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Durval Aparecido made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Paublo. Forzositos de Salamanca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Amadeo Guillelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Forzositos de Salamanca's Ionică Buhuș got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gualterio Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Paublo came out of the goal and Durval Aparecido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
