In the 38th minute of the match Northland Vikings got a corner. MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antonio Čolak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Andreas Falk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ture Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valério Ortiz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Waller in the 56th minute of play forced MAGNIFICOS.FC's goalkeeper Lara Guadalupi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Lara Guadalupi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ture Waller in the 69th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Waller came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the MAGNIFICOS.FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
