Zhao Ran Ming dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Zhao Ran Ming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Olofsi IF's Einar Ingvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 21st minute of play. Einar Ingvall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Augustinas Gavorskis sped through Olofsi IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Einar Ingvall. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilgot Haegg to make the kick off. Augustinas Gavorskis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Einar Ingvall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustinas Gavorskis in the 58th minute of play forced Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
