The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Abar got free with Benne Benneborg in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ture Waller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vincenc Ehrenberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ture Waller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Northland Vikings's Benne Benneborg got control of the ball when Lino Abar tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ture Waller in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vincenc Ehrenberger saved FC Silesia Bohumín from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Ture Waller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Northland Vikings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Jorge Azenha fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Northland Vikings's protests and gave Jorge Azenha a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the game, one of Northland Vikings:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benne Benneborg had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Jan Kotlík's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Benne Benneborg made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Pavel Fröhlich sent off a good shot on target. Ben White's late challenge caught a Northland Vikings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ben White helped the player get up and apologised. Vincenc Ehrenberger had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Ture Waller's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to FC Silesia Bohumín getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ben White hit a great ball. After the first half Northland Vikings were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pavel Fröhlich to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Pavel Fröhlich cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Benne Benneborg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Silesia Bohumín's goalkeeper Vincenc Ehrenberger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Northland Vikings's Ture Waller in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, FC Silesia Bohumín's Vincenc Ehrenberger got control of the ball when Gao Peng Ran tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Ben White in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Northland Vikings's Romeo Toro. Gao Peng Ran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vincenc Ehrenberger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Vincenc Ehrenberger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gao Peng Ran in the 88th minute. Northland Vikings's Gao Peng Ran got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, FC Silesia Bohumín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Heisenberg to maneuver through the defense.
