DULCKA KIELCE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Sessa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 13 minutes, Denis Datcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DULCKA KIELCE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Datcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of DULCKA KIELCE booed when SSV Ulm 1846 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Lilja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nikitas Karagiotas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Sessa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind DULCKA KIELCE's goalkeeper Nikitas Karagiotas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Denis Datcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Timo Courtois. In the 37th minute Alberigo Sessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikitas Karagiotas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Denis Datcu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Timo Courtois. That made the score 2-2 in the 39 minute of play. In the 58th minute Alberigo Sessa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikitas Karagiotas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Timo Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timo Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Bach in the 63rd minute of the match. SSV Ulm 1846's Timo Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Datcu in the 66th minute of play.
