Tiago Arósio came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Maxim Tsigalko. But to his dismay, Maxim Tsigalko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxim Tsigalko in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Arósio saved Leão STAND BY FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 8th minute of the match Samurai got a corner. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Allan Bivall ran over to the corner to take the kick. Allan Bivall made a great header on Samurai's corner, it was just that Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio managed to reach the ball for a save. After 9 minutes, Tony Botelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leão STAND BY FSCMZ and the Samurai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Tony Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Hernán Grana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiago Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Tsigalko in the 12th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Eusébio Rezende took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Vince Di Cola to make any attempt to save it. When Maxim Tsigalko got free in front of the goal in the 24th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Tiago Arósio was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Tsigalko in the 26th minute of play. Maxim Tsigalko took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiago Arósio. Tiago Arósio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Bivall was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai's players had a chance to rest. Samurai's Allan Bivall was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tiago Arósio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tiago Arósio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wu Qi's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After taking down the ball on Samurai's corner Allan Bivall fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tiago Arósio quite easily take care of the ball. Tony Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Qi in the 38th minute of play forced Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's goalkeeper Tiago Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Maxim Tsigalko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Bivall in the 41st minute of play. Tiago Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Tsigalko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 45 minutes on the clock, Sílvio Luís de Queiroz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leão STAND BY FSCMZ! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Eusébio Rezende made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Samurai's Maxim Tsigalko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 57 minutes into the match, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's goalkeeper Tiago Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxim Tsigalko. Tiago Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Tiago Arósio made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Maxim Tsigalko sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute Samurai were awarded a corner. Allan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. Samurai's Jens-Ove Blomqvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tiago Arósio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxim Tsigalko in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Arósio saved Leão STAND BY FSCMZ from getting behind. A hard shot 67 in the game by Maxim Tsigalko from a close distance when the talented Tiago Arósio managed to make a qualified save. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Bivall got free with Tiago Arósio in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 70 minutes, Maxim Tsigalko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samurai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxim Tsigalko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. Timmy Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tiago Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Samurai's Maxim Tsigalko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiago Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiago Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Tiago Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Bivall in the 83rd minute. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Bivall in the 90th minute of play. Marco Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Tiago Arósio was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Timmy Henriksson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Timmy Henriksson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Samurai left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leão STAND BY FSCMZ.
