André Gerdberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. Rudolf Ahlstedt's late challenge caught a Söderbröder's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paul Martinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Eric Petersson took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Jens-Ove Mårtensson to make any attempt to save it. Per-Åke Vestlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torgny Bäckström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Jens-Ove Mårtensson made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Svante Ryberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the GreenSkar FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
