StraX Xenon FC's Arman Lundström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save StraX Xenon FC from getting a goal against them. StraX Xenon FC's Arman Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Urbasa in the 31st minute of play. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Bohlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Calleri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Sven-Edvin Karlsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yo Soy Tu Padre's Nery Pumpido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Sven-Edvin Karlsson put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nery Pumpido. Raimundo Millán struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Arman Lundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yo Soy Tu Padre. 44 minutes into the match, Yo Soy Tu Padre's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Ahlberg came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yo Soy Tu Padre's Rodolfo Urbasa got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half StraX Xenon FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filomeno Chaime to make the kick off. Nery Pumpido came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by StraX Xenon FC's Sven-Edvin Karlsson. But to his dismay, Sven-Edvin Karlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to StraX Xenon FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mark Bohlin hit a great ball. After some careless play in the StraX Xenon FC defense, Filomeno Chaime kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arman Lundström. The StraX Xenon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arman Lundström should have stopped the shot. After having played for 66 minutes, Filomeno Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yo Soy Tu Padre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Chaime was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Edvin Karlsson got free with Nery Pumpido in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Yo Soy Tu Padre's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Ahlberg came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arman Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Sjöberg got free with Nery Pumpido in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nery Pumpido was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anders Sjöberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Adam Ahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. StraX Xenon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Ahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nery Pumpido didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Bohlin went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, StraX Xenon FC's Anders Sjöberg got a free kick in the 95th minute.
