In the 7thth minute of the game Desiderio Ostargi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lofi Girl Portimao's Georges-Philippe Kissinger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute, Desiderio Ostargi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1989 Blxsk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Delfim Teles hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Lofi Girl Portimao got a freekick which was hit by Jordão Miguéis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Ostargi in the 15th minute of play forced Lofi Girl Portimao's goalkeeper Georges-Philippe Kissinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georges-Philippe Kissinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Celestino Millano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Georges-Philippe Kissinger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 23 minutes into the match, Celestino Millano notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Lofi Girl Portimao's Georges-Philippe Kissinger. Georges-Philippe Kissinger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilário lago during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of 1989 Blxsk booed when Lofi Girl Portimao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilário lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lofi Girl Portimao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Ostargi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Georges-Philippe Kissinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Ostargi in the 34th minute of play. Desiderio Ostargi scored 0-6 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Georges-Philippe Kissinger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Desiderio Ostargi in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georges-Philippe Kissinger saved Lofi Girl Portimao from getting behind. In the 41st minute 1989 Blxsk were awarded a corner. Sokol Mudrov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Lofi Girl Portimao's goalie and right to Eloy Ciano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Lofi Girl Portimao's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The Lofi Girl Portimao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 1989 Blxsk were winning 0-6.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Teles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Georges-Philippe Kissinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Heredia in the 50th minute of the match. In the 52nd minute 1989 Blxsk were awarded a corner. Sokol Mudrov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Sokol Mudrov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lofi Girl Portimao's Georges-Philippe Kissinger did a great save. Lofi Girl Portimao:s Georges-Philippe Kissinger showed great skill when he stopped Miguel Godoy:s penalty. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Millano couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind 1989 Blxsk's goalkeeper Aristides Etor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Isidoro Isadore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Georges-Philippe Kissinger having to make a save. In the 88th minute, Desiderio Ostargi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When 1989 Blxsk's Desiderio Ostargi in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Desiderio Ostargi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Georges-Philippe Kissinger made a huge save. 97 minutes into the game, Desiderio Ostargi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Georges-Philippe Kissinger. Desiderio Ostargi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. 1989 Blxsk's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
