After having played for 10 minutes, 白远延 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cylon's supporters crossed their fingers, but 白远延 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Lofi Girl Portimao getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Januário Sá hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Cylon defense, Joaquim Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 林城谦. The Cylon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 林城谦 should have stopped the shot. Albérico Valadão charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albérico Valadão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cylon getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. 柳乐松 hit a great ball. The supporters of Lofi Girl Portimao booed when Cylon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. 康荣凌 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, 白远延 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cylon's supporters crossed their fingers, but 白远延 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by 罗珂桑 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Georges-Philippe Kissinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 白远延 in the 30th minute of play. 龙超益 might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Georges-Philippe Kissinger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 龙超益 ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute, 白远延 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 林城谦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Nuno Porto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. 林城谦 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Nuno Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 林城谦. Cylon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuno Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The Cylon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lofi Girl Portimao were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuno Porto to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Cylon's 白远延 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georges-Philippe Kissinger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. 白远延 struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Georges-Philippe Kissinger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cylon. In the 65th minute 白远延 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georges-Philippe Kissinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, 白远延 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Georges-Philippe Kissinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Cylon lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
