Leonard Rostow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 卓海桑's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. 崔轩洲 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Misael in the 9th minute of play. Leonard Rostow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 卓海桑, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Lider charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amado Lider the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, 郝崇奕 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonard Rostow was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 卓海桑 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Rostow having to make a save. The 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC's 卓海桑 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leonard Rostow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 卓海桑 in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 卓海桑 in the 22nd minute of play forced GUTIERREZ SC's goalkeeper Leonard Rostow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 郝崇奕 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Rostow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 卓海桑, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 崔轩洲 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Misael in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 卓海桑 in the 30th minute of play forced GUTIERREZ SC's goalkeeper Leonard Rostow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amador Misael took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 崔轩洲. 崔轩洲 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 卓海桑 in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Rostow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, GUTIERREZ SC's goal looked a bit too open when 卓海桑 came free, but Leonard Rostow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 郝崇奕 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Leonard Rostow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

『挑战者』青岛海牛FC's Emil Turek was substituted for 卓海桑. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Turek to make the kick off. Eduardo Soriano's late challenge caught a 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Turek got free with Leonard Rostow in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after GUTIERREZ SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aureliusz Rzeszutko took the corner. In the 68th minute, Amador Misael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 崔轩洲 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 郝崇奕 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Leonard Rostow made a huge save. In the 77th minute, Aureliusz Rzeszutko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Turek in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonard Rostow saved GUTIERREZ SC from getting behind. With a little luck, GUTIERREZ SC's Leonard Rostow got control of the ball when 郝崇奕 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute 郝崇奕 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Rostow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC's Emil Turek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonard Rostow narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC's zone, Herbert Lizewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 崔轩洲 came out of the goal and Herbert Lizewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 『挑战者』青岛海牛FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
