The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernard Zbikowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Joga Bonito protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernard Zbikowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 2nd minute, one of Joga Bonito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Joga Bonito. After some careless play in the Joga Bonito defense, Tjard Hollinghausen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Hryc. The Joga Bonito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Hryc should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taro Misaki in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iwan Hryc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iwan Hryc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taro Misaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito's Wincenty Rozanski got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taro Misaki in the 19th minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Iwan Hryc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ralf Pflügge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Valerian Grunenberg fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Toho's protests and gave Valerian Grunenberg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Toho's Valerian Grunenberg got a free kick in the 20th minute. The FC Toho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 29th match minute, Joga Bonito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Hendzel to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Joga Bonito's Ludomir Lisewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henning Mai. Henning Mai yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. But to his dismay, Markus Sobeck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Lucjan Kasperowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Henning Mai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwan Hryc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Pflügge, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Joga Bonito's Iwan Hryc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Pflügge in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucjan Kasperowicz to make the kick off. Ralf Pflügge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iwan Hryc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markus Sobeck went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito's Lucjan Kasperowicz got a free kick in the 78th minute. Taro Misaki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Iwan Hryc made a huge save. 83 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Sobeck came free, but Iwan Hryc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Ralf Pflügge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Hryc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwan Hryc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Pflügge, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Markus Sobeck took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Iwan Hryc to make any attempt to save it. FC Toho's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tjard Hollinghausen in the 96th minute. After taking down the ball on FC Toho's corner Tjard Hollinghausen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Iwan Hryc quite easily take care of the ball.
