In the 12thth minute of the game Joaquin Gumaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but O MOTIVO ⚽'s Erivaldo Hermes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Ilulea FC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 16th minute, Joaquin Gumaro made a precise shot to the right of Erivaldo Hermes. O MOTIVO ⚽'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 19th minute, Joaquin Gumaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valério Bomba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Hermes having to interfere. Erivaldo Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Gumaro in the 28th minute of the match. After some careless play in the O MOTIVO ⚽ defense, Joaquin Gumaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erivaldo Hermes. The O MOTIVO ⚽ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erivaldo Hermes should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Gumaro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erivaldo Hermes saved O MOTIVO ⚽ from getting behind. In the 35thth minute of the game Joaquin Gumaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but O MOTIVO ⚽'s Erivaldo Hermes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute Ilulea FC were awarded a corner. Paulo Tabb went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erivaldo Hermes was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Erivaldo Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Benino in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Gumaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Anselmo Feliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mazinho Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erivaldo Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Gumaro in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Celestino Medardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ilulea FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave O MOTIVO ⚽ the free kick. In the 57th minute, Celestino Medardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquin Gumaro scored 0-7 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erivaldo Hermes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 65th minute of play forced O MOTIVO ⚽'s goalkeeper Erivaldo Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 minutes of play, Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erivaldo Hermes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquin Gumaro struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Erivaldo Hermes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilulea FC. 80 minutes into the game, Joaquin Gumaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Erivaldo Hermes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, O MOTIVO ⚽'s goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Gumaro came free, but Erivaldo Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oswaldo Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Erivaldo Hermes managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to O MOTIVO ⚽ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mazinho Hermes hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Joaquin Gumaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erivaldo Hermes was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. The O MOTIVO ⚽ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ilulea FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
