A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute 白远延 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Morreels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, 白远延 made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Purple Talents's Mattias Morreels tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lieven Omblets in the 29th minute of play forced Cylon's goalkeeper 林城谦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Morreels came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Cylon's 龙超益. But to his dismay, 龙超益 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Mattias Morreels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 白远延, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If 白远延 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 37 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when 白远延 came free, but Mattias Morreels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, 白远延 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mattias Morreels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd play minute Antonio Spoelbergs came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised 林城谦. 1-4. Antonio Spoelbergss short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got 林城谦 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 龙超益 was the one to do the kick off. 龙超益 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Spoelbergs in the 55th minute of play forced Cylon's goalkeeper 林城谦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 白远延 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mattias Morreels having to make a save. After 60 played minutes Cylon got a freekick which was hit by 白远延. When 白远延 came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Cylon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 白远延 couldn't finish the play. Cylon's 沈迪志 was substituted for 白远延. Cylon made a substitution. 汪飞文 replaced 龙超益. The audience was convinced that 沈迪志's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Morreels was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Purple Talents's Mattias Morreels proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Purple Talents from getting a goal against them. If 沈迪志 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 汪飞文 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mattias Morreels came out and tried to block the shot, but 汪飞文 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Purple Talents's zone, 沈迪志 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Morreels came out of the goal and 沈迪志 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cylon's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
