The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Tinoco hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Bruno La Marca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio César saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Notts County BR's Júlio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno La Marca in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Alba FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Christiano Arruda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Alba FC's Emiliano Malandra in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Notts County BR's goalie prevented a goal. Júlio César stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Malandra's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Malandra in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio César saved Notts County BR from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Hugo Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Scoca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio César having to interfere. Christiano Arruda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Antonio Di Donato made a huge save. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Emiliano Malandra sped through Notts County BR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júlio César. The supporters of Notts County BR booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Rubini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Ettore Primavera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Notts County BR's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Malandra came free, but Júlio César reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christiano Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Emiliano Malandra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Alba FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Notts County BR's Júlio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Malandra in the 55th minute of play. Emiliano Malandras short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Júlio César to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Marín during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Notts County BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Marín to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Notts County BR's Cássio Peixoto got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 61st minute, Davide Muzzolon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Notts County BR's Júlio César didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Malandra in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio César prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Alba FC booed when Notts County BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfredo Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emiliano Malandra let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 67th minute shot 0-2 at rihgt post. Antonio Di Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Arruda in the 71st minute of the match. Notts County BR's Geovanni Cardoso suffered a sore thigh after 73 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Notts County BR made a substitution. Falcão Prado replaced Geovanni Cardoso. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Bruno La Marca took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Júlio César to make any attempt to save it. Notts County BR's Júlio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno La Marca in the 86th minute of play. Emiliano Malandras short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Júlio César to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alba FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
