Belotaurus FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, Belotaurus FC's Joel Vianna got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Gaúcho to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Joel Vianna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belotaurus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Joga Bonito the free kick. Joel Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito's Andy Symons got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 95th minute, Angelo Urre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Joga Bonito eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
