Henric Nordal might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Elia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henric Nordal ran back to his position shaking his head. Isidro Gaztea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sven-Ove Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yevgen Kalashnikov in the 22nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Chacarita Futsal's Isidro Gaztea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sven-Ove Magnusson. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. Sven-Ove Magnusson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yevgen Kalashnikov's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After 31 played minutes Vejbystrand got a freekick which was hit by Algot Forsberg. In the 32nd minute, Chacarita Futsal's Isidro Gaztea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Sven-Ove Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Berbiz in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Per-Erik Dahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Ove Magnusson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yevgen Kalashnikov went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Sven-Ove Magnusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yevgen Kalashnikov in the 43rd minute.

In the 52nd match minute, Chacarita Futsal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Bento to maneuver through the defense. Jesus Berbiz's late challenge caught a Vejbystrand's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesus Berbiz helped the player get up and apologised. Jesus Berbiz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Cecilio Michael in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vejbystrand's Per-Erik Dahlkvist. Chacarita Futsal's Cecilio Michael quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Per-Erik Dahlkvist, made in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Isidro Gaztea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chacarita Futsal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Sven-Ove Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Gaztea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Yevgen Kalashnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 75 played minutes Chacarita Futsal got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Bento. Isidro Gaztea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Ove Magnusson having to make a save. Sven-Ove Magnusson came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Chacarita Futsal's Isidro Gaztea. But to his dismay, Isidro Gaztea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Mattias Billock's late challenge caught a Chacarita Futsal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mattias Billock helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vejbystrand getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Mattias Billock hit a great ball. Chacarita Futsal made a substitution. Victoriano Martinez replaced Lucas Marques. The supporters of Chacarita Futsal booed when Vejbystrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Billock didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Tommy Norberg put in a rough tackle. In the 88th minute, one of Vejbystrand:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vejbystrand. 93 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Chacarita Futsal's Fernández Gahan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Isidro Gaztea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Ove Magnusson was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 98th minute Fernández Gahan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Ove Magnusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Chacarita Futsal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
