In the 11th minute, Aaron Mendiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Caetano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Erubiel Maura showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Gaspar Moita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zacarias Erdiano came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Viseu United's Amado Salazar. But to his dismay, Amado Salazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 44 played minutes, Viseu United's Leandro Paulista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zacarias Erdiano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viseu United reached it. Jorge Caetano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Maule's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 58th minute David Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Erdiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes, Erubiel Maura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB and the Viseu United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Zacarias Erdiano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ziemowit Gdowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Ziemowit Gdowski made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Erdiano. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ziemowit Gdowski in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Erdiano saved TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Ziemowit Gdowski made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Erdiano. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. 96 minutes into the game, Viseu United's Ziemowit Gdowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zacarias Erdiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. The TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Viseu United's performance. The match ended with a win for Viseu United.
