A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Osvaldinho Batista hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Faria to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 74thth minute of the game Michel Faria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacarita Futsal's Gerardo Elia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Lanckneus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Perez in the 75th minute of the match. Lambis Dimitropoulos scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerardo Elia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Michel Faria might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Elia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Faria ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Navarro hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Evaristo Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Lanckneus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Internacional fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chacarita Futsal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
