Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patric Valler ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Arsenal FC's Patric Valler to fire away a dangerous shot which Sebastián Sosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Löfgren in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Matthias Löfgren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sebastián Sosa. Matthias Löfgren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With his leg Sebastián Sosa managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Arsenal FC's Christian Olofsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Matthias Löfgren's late challenge caught a Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthias Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Matthias Löfgren got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Christian Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastián Sosa having to interfere. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Olofsson in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bo Backman during the 67th minute. Matthias Löfgren was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Christian Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Olofsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Sosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Christian Olofsson got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Arsenal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
