An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Pabla in the 44th minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pancracio Paniagua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdi Saksø in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Victorio Pabla made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Humberto Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zemantauskas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Terra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio got control of the ball when Victorio Pabla tried to sneak it across the goal line. POPULAR F.C's Pancracio Paniagua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Reha Pekel in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, POPULAR F.C's Victorio Pabla got a free kick in the 77th minute.
