Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aníbal Alagoano started the match with the kick off. Zemantauskas FC were furious when William Cavalcante was red carded, 3 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 3rd minute, one of Zemantauskas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zemantauskas FC. 4 minutes into the game, Aníbal Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carlos Augusto Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, Ferdi Saksø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardinho Pena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Augusto Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Augusto Arósio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlos Augusto Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardinho Pena in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Junior came free, but Carlos Augusto Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zemantauskas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ricardinho Pena was slow to take the kick. During this time Jenipapo SC's players had a chance to rest. 24 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Reha Pekel came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Jenipapo SC's Ricardinho Pena made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Augusto Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 4-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Vinicio Junior elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Jenipapo SC's Vinicio Junior nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Augusto Arósio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Ricardinho Penas short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Carlos Augusto Arósio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carlos Augusto Arósio was a little too slow when Ricardinho Pena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 7-0. In the 47th minute Ahmet Reha Pekel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Reha Pekel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Ricardinho Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Jenipapo SC's Karl Pilgren got control of the ball when Ahmet Reha Pekel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Reha Pekel came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Reha Pekel to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes, Jenipapo SC's Zé Carlos Monteiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jenipapo SC reached it. Otto Scherbaum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Pilgren having to interfere. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Nilson Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zemantauskas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilson Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl Pilgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Augusto Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 81st minute of the match. Ahmet Reha Pekel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's Ahmet Reha Pekel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl Pilgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jenipapo SC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Zemantauskas FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
