Matthew Wagner ran over to the corner to take the kick. 8 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Todor came free, but Moisés Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Rotariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerson Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Gerson Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poetass FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerson Carneiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Rotariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute Gerson Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by PoWer SC 2K5's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cleiton Carioca was slow to take the kick. During this time Poetass FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 43rd minute, Poetass FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jonas Klinsmann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 47th minute, Zvonimir Prestin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Witalis Brysz made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Kalle Billberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which David Rotariu however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jon-Egil Schjelderup hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Jonas Klinsmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goal looked a bit too open when Gerson Carneiro came free, but David Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Brysz in the 95th minute of play. The Poetass FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented PoWer SC 2K5 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
