David Rotariu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdomiro Dionísio went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Valdomiro Dionísio scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Rotariu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zvonimir Prestin in the 19th minute of play forced POPULAR F.C's goalkeeper Pancracio Paniagua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Bayezit Tecmil. David Rotariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdomiro Dionísio in the 30th minute. Pancracio Paniagua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Matthäus in the 32nd minute of the match. Valdomiro Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Valdomiro Dionísio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Rotariu. PoWer SC 2K5's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdomiro Dionísio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. David Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Dionísio in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdomiro Dionísio made a kick off. The throw-in from Mei Xun Jun in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PoWer SC 2K5's Bayezit Tecmil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Dionísio in the 63rd minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. POPULAR F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mei Xun Jun in the 64th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mei Xun Jun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this David Rotariu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Leon Matthäus came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pancracio Paniagua could save by the left post. Pancracio Paniagua was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leon Matthäus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 66 minute of play. David Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Moyle in the 80th minute of play. PoWer SC 2K5's Zvonimir Prestin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frank Moyle scored 5-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Rotariu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Moyle in the 87th minute of the match. POPULAR F.C's Pancracio Paniagua proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save POPULAR F.C from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, PoWer SC 2K5's Hector Todor got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Mei Xun Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 96 minutes into the match, POPULAR F.C's Frank Moyle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Rotariu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, POPULAR F.C could leave the field as winners, despite PoWer SC 2K5 having more of the ball for most of the match.
