The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roman Walkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Nyman in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Nyman in the 5th minute of play forced MKS Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Roman Walkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Ciszewski in the 10th minute of play. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Hisingen IK from getting a goal against them. Bernt Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Walkowski having to interfere. Hisingen IK's Viktor Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roman Walkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Nyman in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Viktor Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Krzysztof Psotka hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Florian Psotka's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Einar Jernberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Roman Walkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viktor Nyman's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witold Ciszewski got free with Einar Jernberg in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juliusz Karanewski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Roman Walkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Nyman in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Witold Ciszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Walkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliot Högman in the 32nd minute of play. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Chowaniec in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Viktor Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Walkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 minutes of play, Hisingen IK's Viktor Nyman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Walkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elliot Högman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

With his leg Roman Walkowski managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Hisingen IK's Viktor Nyman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roman Walkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Nyman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Roman Walkowski made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Nyman came free, but Roman Walkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hisingen IK's zone, Florian Psotka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Einar Jernberg came out of the goal and Florian Psotka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Ciszewski in the 92nd minute of play. After 95 played minutes MKS Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Roch Chowaniec. Elliot Högman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Walkowski having to interfere. The MKS Pogoń Szczecin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hisingen IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Hisingen IK.
