Maxi Araujo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Fred Haney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Heinze kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Ruben in the 23rd minute of play forced Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Larry Estoyanoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Haney was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some careless play in the Real de Carmelo 2021 FC defense, Gervasio Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Sosa. The Real de Carmelo 2021 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Sosa should have stopped the shot. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Drzewucki in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes of play, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Marco Ruben made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastián Sosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Real Kuskatan C.F. booed when Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Tejera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Real Kuskatan C.F. were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maxi Araujo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Gervasio Ramos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Estoyanoff in the 54th minute of play forced Real Kuskatan C.F.'s goalkeeper Fred Haney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Ramos in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Marco Ruben kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sebastián Sosa. That made the score 1-4 in the 56 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Feliks Drzewucki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastián Sosa. Sebastián Sosa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. In the 70th minute, Benth Vedelsgaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Marco Ruben sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Sebastián Sosa didn't even have to move. Gervasio Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Ruben, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 81st minute, Marco Ruben reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sebastián Sosa. The goal made the score 1-8. A collision led to Real Kuskatan C.F. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Feliks Drzewucki hit a great ball. After 90 minutes of play, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Gervasio Ramos made it 1-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastián Sosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real de Carmelo 2021 FC were furious when Fabián Canobbio was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real de Carmelo 2021 FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Feliks Drzewucki placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Kuskatan C.F. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
