An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Ramos in the 23rd minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Marcos Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fred Haney didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Hondo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Palermo's Marcos Esdras got control of the ball when Feliks Drzewucki tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32ndth minute of the game Gervasio Ramos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palermo's Marcos Esdras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 minutes Palermo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Ruben who took care of the corner kick. After 33 played minutes Real Kuskatan C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Sindre Tverberg. 33 minutes in the game, Sindre Tverberg got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Gervasio Ramos took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Marcos Esdras to make any attempt to save it. Palermo's Marcos Esdras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Ramos in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliks Drzewucki in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Esdras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gervasio Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Marco Ruben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Esdras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Gervasio Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Ramos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Ruben in the 88th minute of play. Gervasio Ramos took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Esdras. Marcos Esdras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. 92 minutes into the game, Real Kuskatan C.F.'s Saverio Astigar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Esdras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. When Kazimierz Chodzinski fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Kuskatan C.F.'s protests and gave Kazimierz Chodzinski a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Real Kuskatan C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Chodzinski. Julian Birila struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Fred Haney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palermo. Real Kuskatan C.F.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
