László Illés hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Cipriano Cugat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larry Estoyanoff in the 11th minute of the match. Emiliano Lamberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes Baraja Española FC got a freekick which was hit by László Illés. Cipriano Cugat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabián Canobbio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Tejera in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Baraja Española FC's zone, Fabián Canobbio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Cugat came out of the goal and Fabián Canobbio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltasar Artaldo in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Sosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cecilio Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Sebastián Sosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastián Sosa made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Baltasar Artaldo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Artaldo got free with Sebastián Sosa in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxi Araujo made a kick off. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Artaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Lamberto in the 59th minute of play. Cipriano Cugat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabián Canobbio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When Emiliano Lamberto fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baraja Española FC's protests and gave Emiliano Lamberto a yellow card for diving instead. Emiliano Lamberto kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Cipriano Cugat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maxi Araujo in the 64th minute. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Larry Estoyanoff took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Cipriano Cugat to make any attempt to save it. Baraja Española FC's Cipriano Cugat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Tejera in the 70th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastián Sosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Baraja Española FC booed when Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafín García didn't get a good kick on the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baraja Española FC reached it. Cipriano Cugat made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Maxi Araujo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Real de Carmelo 2021 FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rioja Soberon hit a great ball. Cipriano Cugat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Tejera in the 85th minute of the match. With a little luck, Baraja Española FC's Cipriano Cugat got control of the ball when Marcelo Tejera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
