Saul Osoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Eutor went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Saul Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Arixo in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LegionArgentina's Rosendo Tabby got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Daniel Gabino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Osoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Enzo FC booed when LegionArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julián Álvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, LegionArgentina's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Arixo came free, but Saul Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the LegionArgentina defense, Basilio Eutor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Osoitz. The LegionArgentina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Osoitz should have stopped the shot. In the 39th match minute, Enzo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Filipo to maneuver through the defense. Benito Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julián Álvarez in the 42nd minute of play. LegionArgentina's Saul Osoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Eutor in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
