In the 3rd minute, Shi Ming Sheng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stiinta-Univ. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Panait came free, but Wiktor Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wiktor Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Ming Sheng in the 9th minute of play. Ignacy Rzegotka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes of play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Aurel Panait made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wiktor Dudkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wieslaw Dudkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Shi Ming Sheng struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Wiktor Dudkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stiinta-Univ.. The crowd rose to their feet as MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Clodoveo Ponce slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Martin Crețu. That made the score 1-2 after 31 minutes of play. Wiktor Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okan Koc in the 36th minute of play. In the 45th minute Okan Koc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Roch Chowaniec was substituted for Ignacy Rzegotka. Bartosz Wielowiejski kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okan Koc in the 54th minute of play forced MKS Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Wiktor Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes MKS Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Majewski. Okan Kocs short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Wiktor Dudkowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in MKS Pogoń Szczecin's zone, Shi Ming Sheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wiktor Dudkowski came out of the goal and Shi Ming Sheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stiinta-Univ.'s Muhammet Altın was substituted for Okan Koc. Stiinta-Univ.'s Șerban Rușanu was substituted for Virgil Oargă. If Shi Ming Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Shi Ming Sheng sped through MKS Pogoń Szczecin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wiktor Dudkowski. Stiinta-Univ.'s Martin Crețu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovando Vera in the 77th minute of play. Shi Ming Sheng in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wiktor Dudkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Ponce in the 82nd minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Martin Crețu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wiktor Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Ming Sheng in the 86th minute of play. Shi Ming Sheng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Dudkowski having to interfere. Wiktor Dudkowski made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Shi Ming Sheng sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shi Ming Sheng in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiktor Dudkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The MKS Pogoń Szczecin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Stiinta-Univ.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Stiinta-Univ..
