FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Mazinho Barreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA from getting a goal against them. Marcell Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After taking down the ball on FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's corner Wellington Marquez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcell Yashin quite easily take care of the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Enrico Barreneche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Mazinho Barreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mazinho Barreto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Mazinho Barreto managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcell Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Mazinho Barreto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrico Barreneche. Mazinho Barreto came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico de la Rosa CF's Enrico Barreneche. But to his dismay, Enrico Barreneche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hulk Orange in the 47th minute. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA made a substitution. Manoel Mandrak replaced Diego Di Toma. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jardel Meireles to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Atletico de la Rosa CF getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ximun Camudio hit a great ball. Marcell Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA defense, Enrico Barreneche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mazinho Barreto. The FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mazinho Barreto should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Mazinho Barreto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th minute Zeca Gadda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico de la Rosa CF's Zeca Gadda got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcell Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Meireles in the 80th minute of the match. José Maria Cunha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Marcell Yashin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 86th minute Liam-Nataniel de la Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazinho Barreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Zeca Gadda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mazinho Barreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
