An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Radomir Bazan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vasile Arosculesei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clodoveo Ponce's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Radomir Bazan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vasile Arosculesei having to make a save. In the 10th match minute, Notts County BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel de Moraes to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Ignacy Rzegotka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vasile Arosculesei. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 18th minute, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Radomir Bazan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vasile Arosculesei. Vasile Arosculesei yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 22 minutes into the game, Alfred Naumowicz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Notts County BR's Rodrigo Marques quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Vasile Arosculesei made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Clodoveo Ponce sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Li Xu Cheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasile Arosculesei was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Váldson Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vasile Arosculesei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Bazan in the 36th minute of play. Vasile Arosculesei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacy Rzegotka's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes Notts County BR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wieslaw Dudkowski who took care of the corner kick. MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Ovando Vera got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Notts County BR's Hugo Tinoco got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Vasile Arosculesei was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Radomir Bazan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 45 minute of play. Clodoveo Ponce's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vasile Arosculesei firmly grabbed it by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Roch Chowaniec was substituted for Ignacy Rzegotka. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Váldson Paulista was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Notts County BR defense, Clodoveo Ponce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasile Arosculesei. The Notts County BR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasile Arosculesei should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Wiktor Dudkowski got control of the ball when Váldson Paulista tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of MKS Pogoń Szczecin booed when Notts County BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Wieslaw Dudkowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vasile Arosculesei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MKS Pogoń Szczecin reached it. The supporters of MKS Pogoń Szczecin booed when Notts County BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betão Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Notts County BR's Vasile Arosculesei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Bazan in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Laime during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paul Laime hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Váldson Paulista got free with Wiktor Dudkowski in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Aleksander Majewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Pogoń Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. In the 84th minute, Betão Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasile Arosculesei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Ponce in the 87th minute of play. During the 89th minute of the match Paul Laime completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Paul Laime a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of MKS Pogoń Szczecin booed when Notts County BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Laime didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Roch Chowaniec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasile Arosculesei. Notts County BR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Chowaniec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 94th minute, Radomir Bazan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vasile Arosculesei was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After a rather tough play, MKS Pogoń Szczecin's Wieslaw Dudkowski got a free kick in the 97th minute. MKS Pogoń Szczecin's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
