Rudolf Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Pătru having to interfere. Remus Pătru made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Rudolf Björnsson sent off a good shot on target. With 12 minutes on the clock, Alex Potra commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Fotbal Club Vaslui:s Remus Pătru showed great skill when he stopped Roger Häger:s penalty. 14 minutes into the game, Hisingen IK's Roger Häger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remus Pătru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rudolf Björnsson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Henry Skark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remus Pătru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Nistor Guriță was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, Hisingen IK's Roger Häger got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Remus Pătru. Rudolf Björnsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 31st playminute. Liviu Mușătescu's late challenge caught a Hisingen IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liviu Mușătescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Mușătescu to maneuver through the defense.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Björnsson in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Pătru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Henry Skark made a precise shot to the right of Remus Pătru. Fotbal Club Vaslui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 57 minutes, Henry Skark made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side.
