Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edu Velloso in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Forsell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Flodde CFC booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Edu Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Forsell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Forsell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Leal in the 12th minute of the match. Karl Forsell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Leal in the 13th minute of play. Sven-Erik Wiklund hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Karl Forsell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Karl Forsell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Velloso in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Rony Alvarenga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl Forsell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Edu Velloso made a precise shot to the right of Karl Forsell. Flodde CFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, Rony Alvarenga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl Forsell. Flodde CFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rony Alvarenga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jens-Ove Koch kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Siqueira in the 47th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Karl Forsell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Flodde CFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jataiense Futebol Clube were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl Åhlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Edu Velloso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Karl Forsell skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 61 minutes into the game, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Edu Velloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Forsell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. With a little luck, Flodde CFC's Karl Forsell got control of the ball when Edu Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl Forsell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Alvarenga in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Rony Alvarenga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karl Forsell. Rony Alvarenga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wellington Moura was substituted for Evandro Novaes. Karl Forsell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edu Velloso's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Georg Tinglöv charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georg Tinglöv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Georg Tinglöv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th match minute, Jataiense Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Siqueira to maneuver through the defense. Flodde CFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Edu Velloso scored to the left of an out of position Karl Forsell, making the score, 0-5. Nelsinho Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelsinho Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nelsinho Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Jataiense Futebol Clube played a much better game than Flodde CFC and deserved their victory. The Flodde CFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
