The audience was convinced that Per-Åke Albäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konrad Lilja was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. 94 minutes into the game, Leif Jönsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Konrad Lilja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arsenal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
