Fotbal Club Vaslui's Cosmin Bocșan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Henry Ekman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Bocșan in the 12th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Henry Ekman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Ekman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Traian in the 14th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Gil Fernandez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Ekman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Traian Traian took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henry Ekman. Henry Ekman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Henry Ekman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Traian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Bocșan came free, but Henry Ekman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes, Traian Traian made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Flodde CFC's Henry Ekman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Traian came free, but Henry Ekman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mark Billberg hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute Traian Traian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Traian Traian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Henry Ekman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Traian in the 45th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Henry Ekman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Ekman came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian. But to his dismay, Traian Traian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Folke Harman to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Fotbal Club Vaslui were awarded a corner. After taking down the ball on Fotbal Club Vaslui's corner Teodor Huștiu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henry Ekman quite easily take care of the ball. In the 70th minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Maurinho Maranhense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Allan Bergstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrei Oloieru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. When Fotbal Club Vaslui's Maurinho Maranhense in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fotbal Club Vaslui walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
