Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Walec in the 32nd minute of play. Jedrzej Walec was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Flodde CFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 44 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's Folke Harman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Einar Jernberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Flodde CFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty!

The wind increased when Viktor Nyman made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Flodde CFC's Jedrzej Walec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Einar Jernberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Viktor Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hisingen IK's Viktor Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bengt-Arne Wester's late challenge caught a Flodde CFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Flodde CFC's Henry Ekman got control of the ball when Stig Säf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Einar Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víktor Muli in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Flodde CFC had won after a very even match.
