In the 14th minute, Carlos Saúl Menem reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Einar Jernberg. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 20th minute, Baldomiro Dodorol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Einar Jernberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Carlos Saúl Menem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Einar Jernberg having to make a save. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Saúl Menem in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Carlos Saúl Menem took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Einar Jernberg to make any attempt to save it. After 33 minutes, Bengt-Arne Wester mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hisingen IK and the ..Villa Rugby Club.. players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Baldomiro Dodorol, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 45 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Einar Jernberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktor Nyman made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Aaron Anselmino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Einar Jernberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Carlos Saúl Menem notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg. Hisingen IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. Valentin Geambașu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Jernberg having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Palermo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Jernberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Einar Jernberg came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Martin Palermo. But to his dismay, Martin Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Carlos Lampe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Viktor Nyman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 12-1 in the 88 minute of play. Einar Jernberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Palermo went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-1 was the resulting score. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Martin Palermo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ..Villa Rugby Club.. fully deserved thier win.
