After 8 minutes, Süreyya Uzer made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bolivar's Rund Boll tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tedj Sellal in the 11th minute of play forced El Pinar's goalkeeper Ni Tian Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When El Pinar's Estebano Lecanda in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bolivar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrik Stöckert in the 37th minute. The corner led Bolivar's Patrik Stöckert to fire away a dangerous shot which Ni Tian Peng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The El Pinar fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when El Pinar's Estebano Lecanda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tedj Sellal in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ni Tian Peng prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Estebano Lecanda was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Pasquino scored 2-4 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ni Tian Peng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tedj Sellal in the 58th minute of play. Ni Tian Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yahalom Macklev in the 67th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of El Pinar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bolivar:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süreyya Uzer in the 83rd minute of play forced Bolivar's goalkeeper Rund Boll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Pinar's Ni Tian Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tedj Sellal in the 85th minute of play. Bolivar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrik Stöckert in the 86th minute. A nice corner shot did that Patrik Stöckert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ni Tian Peng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Bolivar's Tedj Sellal in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Pinar's goalie prevented a goal. Süreyya Uzer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rund Boll having to make a save. Ni Tian Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yahalom Macklev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frantz Fillali charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frantz Fillali the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Frantz Fillali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Süreyya Uzer came free, but Rund Boll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
