After some careless play in the HEJA ESLÖV defense, Filip Flink kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irman Roos. The HEJA ESLÖV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irman Roos should have stopped the shot. Irman Roos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo Blanchaert in the 22nd minute of the match. Irman Roos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Finnman in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Jo Blanchaert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Irman Roos. HEJA ESLÖV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jo Blanchaert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a rather tough play, HEJA ESLÖV's Anton Vallmark got a free kick in the 30th minute. Linus Svanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Unesson in the 32nd minute of play. Pål Askestät could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Irman Roos made a huge save. Irman Roos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pål Askestät, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Irman Roos came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Average Joes's Jo Blanchaert. But to his dismay, Jo Blanchaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Irman Roos made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Hampus Johansson sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Jo Blanchaert made a precise shot to the right of Irman Roos. HEJA ESLÖV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petter Unesson to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Ferm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HEJA ESLÖV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Average Joes the free kick. The supporters of Average Joes booed when HEJA ESLÖV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Ferm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Filip Flink shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Irman Roos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 61 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Flink came free, but Irman Roos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Petter Unesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Svanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthias Liljeström hit a great ball. HEJA ESLÖV's Quico Head shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 96th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Linus Svanström but with some difficulty. Average Joes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
